Our staff will be wearing face masks at all times

GENERAL OFFICE CLEANING

High contact surfaces will be wiped down between uses (e.g. doorknobs, pens, reception desk)

PATIENT PRACTICES

Patients must complete a brief COVID-19 questionnaire prior to entering our facility

We ask that only patients come in for their appointment unless the patient is a minor, in which case one guardian may accompany them

Hand sanitizer is available at the reception area

EQUIPMENT

Lab coats are washed daily

All solutions bottles will be cleansed and wiped down between each use if not single-use only

All medications or syringes are single-use and will be discarded after use

ADDITIONAL PRECAUTION

Contact lenses are cleansed in solution that kills all viruses, fungus and bacteria

Doctors will be offering contact lens patients extra instruction on cleaning and best practices

ADDENDUM FOR CONTACT LENS PATIENTS

  • Practice proper hygiene and proper lens disposal intervals

  • Avoid over wear

  • For added clarification, switch to a hydrogen peroxide-based storage solution when wearing a 2-4 week contact lens
